What this is

A Structured Way to Experience Klae as It Was Designed

This winter, Klae invites you into a six-week guided commitment designed to support consistency, balance and long-term wellbeing through movement, recovery and community.

Beginning Monday July 13, The Klae Winter Commitment is a seasonal experience built around intentional structure rather than extremes. Created to help you stay connected to your routine through winter, the commitment encourages members to experience the full Klae method across all pillars of the studio.

Over six weeks, participants will work toward completing sessions through a carefully considered balance of Sculpt, Restore and Thrive.

Alongside your sessions, you'll gain access to:

The Klae Member Portal

Progress tracking and accountability tools

Educational resources and guidance

Reflection and journaling prompts

Community support

Optional 15-minute coach check-ins

A completion celebration event

Why we created this

Helping you create sustainable habits in a supportive environment

Winter naturally shifts our routines and our energy changes. Motivation becomes less reliable and consistency often becomes harder to maintain.

01

Structure and Support

The commitment was created to offer structure and support during that season, helping members stay connected to movement, recovery and themselves in a way that feels sustainable and grounded.

02

Balanced Movement and Recovery

Rather than focusing on short-term transformation, this experience is designed to build awareness around how balanced movement and recovery influence the way we feel both physically and mentally.

03

Consistency Over Intensity

We know from experience that meaningful progress isn't built through occasional heroic efforts. It's formed through consistent actions repeated over time.
